Step 3: Download order report in Amazon

Go to your Amazon seller central, find Orders, then click the Order Reports button.

Step 4: Modify sku

Open the downloaded order report in excel and find the sku column.

Go back to POPCUSTOMS, click “My Designs”, select the product corresponding to the Amazon order (design your product first),

Click the Attributes button, copy the sku of this product on POPCUSTOMS.

Select the store, shipping and the Amazon order report, click the Confirm button, then you’ll import your order successfully.

If you choose the shipping “Manually select for each order”, then these orders will be in “On hold”, just click the Change Logistics and select the shipping you want.

Submit your orders and click confirm,

then your orders will be in “All”. Select your orders and pay for them, we will arrange to produce your orders.

How to Integrate Store with POPCUSTOMS and Sync the Products

It is easy to connect your shopify store with POPCUSTOM, Only the following steps are needed:

How to integrate with Shopify store?

Follow these steps below to connect your Shopify store to your POPCUSTOMS account.

Step 1: Sign up for a free account on POPCUSTOMS

Head over to sign up a free account on POPCUSTOMS if you don’t have one.

Step 2: Install the POPCUSTOMS app on Shopify

① Click the link below to install our app.

② Log in to your Shopify account.

③ Click Add app – Install app and confirm the installation.

Step 3: Connect your store

After you install the app, you’ll be asked to log into POPCUSTOMS accounts. Click Continue or Sign in then you will be taken to a new page to confirm the connection between your Shopify store and POPCUTOMS. Just click it to complete the connection.
